HABITAT VERIDIS ...just begun!

The new project Habitat VERIDIS located in Auteuil ultimately resulted in its phase of infrastructure. Indeed, after several years of planning and negotiation, the City of Laval authorities have agreed to start the work of this major residential project.

The implementation of the planned area of over 300,000 square meters will start with Phase 1, which includes the types of properties such as single family, semi-detached and condominiums. This phase 1 will include approximately 600 of the 2,000 units planned.
